Don’t care if it’s the ‘proper’ way or not, but I always underexpose my photos a little bit before editing(you can look at my other before/afters by clicking on the navigation link on my main page that I just added)

I know some don’t think that’s right, some don’t believe in post-processing, also. I know some that even over expose!! To each their own. 

Oh, yeah also.. the ‘before’ shot isn’t as sharp as the ‘after’ one because I forgot to save the original before so I had to size up a smaller preview. I didn’t edit the sharpness. Hardly ever do.
