i NEVER thought i’d be the type of person to be obsessed with eating right and working out
because seriously 5 days ago i hated working out. i’m not sure what happened but i’m addicted to it now. every day when i wake up, i don’t just go eat. i sit and think about what i’m going ot eat and if it’ll be good for my body. twice today i turned down soda for water.

now i’m following a bunch of fitness tumblrs. i love this. i feel so much better already.
